1. Platform Role

Pak Spot is a B2B marketplace that connects Buyers and Sellers. We act only as a technology facilitator and are not a party to any transaction, contract, or agreement between Buyers and Sellers.

2. Eligibility

Only legally registered businesses or authorized representatives may use the Platform. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their business information.

3. RFQ (Request for Quotation)

Buyers may post RFQs to request quotations.
Sellers may respond with quotations at their own discretion.
Buyers are not obligated to accept any quotation.
Any deal, pricing, delivery, or payment agreed after an RFQ is strictly between Buyer and Seller.

4. Payments & Transactions

Payments, delivery, quality, and after-sales obligations are handled directly between Buyers and Sellers. The Platform is not responsible for payment defaults, disputes, or product performance.

5. User Conduct

Users must not post false, misleading, illegal, or infringing content. Misuse of the Platform may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Liability, Termination & Governing Law

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. Pak Spot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
